Shipping and Returns Shipping LightBulbEmporium.com ships all of its orders via UPS Ground with expected delivery to your location in 7 to 10 days. Our ground shipping charge is $5.99 on all orders regardless of the size of the order. LightBulbEmporium.com will ship for Next Day Delivery or 2nd Day Delivery at the customer’s request. Fees for these expedited shipping methods will be calculated once the merchandise has been packaged and weighed. If an order is going to take longer than the expected delivery time, you will be notified by e-mail or telephone by our customer service department. Due to oversized dimensions of fluorescent tubes, a $10.00 surcharge per case will be added to the tubes measuring between 15” and 39”, a $15.00 surcharge per case for the tubes measuring between 40" and 95" and a $25.00 surcharge per case for the tubes measuring 96" and greater. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico incur additional shipping fees. The fee amount will be determined at the time of order packaging based on the weight and dimensions of the packaging. LightBulbEmporium.com cannot ship to Post Office Boxes. For international orders, please contact our sales department for more information. Return & Restocking Policy LightBulbEmporium.com stands behind its products and will issue a refund, replacement or credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 7 days of receipt of product. A Restocking Charge of 20% will apply to all items returned where LightbulbEmporium.com has made no error in merchandising or shipping. Refunds will be made by original method of payment or refund check. All returns must arrive in the original packaging and all freight charges for the return of goods are to be paid by the customer. *There are exceptions to our Return Policy including, but not limited to, fluorescent bulbs 36" or longer in length, Special Order products, orders outside the continental U.S., and shipments delivered via common carrier. Please call 1.888.777.0649 to obtain a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) before returning any order. Shipping Charges are not Refundable. |
